Full Course Meal of Aphrodisiac Foods For Date Night

Plan a special occasion that both of you will remember.

You don’t need to wait for Valentine’s Day to come up with some ideas for giving yourselves a lovely, romantic and hot night.

Besides the traditional heart-shaped gifts and chocolates, you need to prepare your night with something new!

Romantic dinners are fun, but why not go for something even better? Why not go for something aphrodisiac, something a bit more porn-like?

We are not talking about making a video de sexe (it’s porn video in French, it just sounds so sexy, add it to the list) yourselves… although now that we think of it, it wouldn’t be a wrong thing to do. Think about it!

We are talking about a full homemade food course of all the aphrodisiacs you enjoy.

Aphrodisia­c meals could take this special night to an entirely different level.

And because a romantic meal has to follow certain rules, I will present here five suggestions for an appetizer, main dish, dessert, and aphrodisiac drinks, which you can mix up to your liking and preferences!

Aphrodisiac Appetizers – Here is the start of the special night, time to open each other’s appetites

Roquefort Cheese and Fig Salad – Cut thin slices of figs; place them on top of a bed of mixed greens; sprinkle with crumbled Roquefort cheese; drizzle with olive oil vinaigrette dressing.

Fig trees were considered aphrodisiacs long before they became popular for their delicious fruits. Roquefort cheese has been known to cause an explosion of smells and tastes. Prosciutto causes an explosion of aroma and flavor.

Zucchinis with croutons and cavarioli – Cut slices of red or white Zucchini and put them in the microwave for 1 minute. Then add some olive oil and salt and pepper. Put them in a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Add some grated Parmesan cheese and serve with caviaroli.

The crunchy texture of the croutons makes them an excellent addition to salads, but they’re even better when paired with the creamy taste of the pumpkin and the salty flavor of the caviaroli.

Eggs – Prepare two to three large, soft-boiled, not too hard, scrambled egg whites with finely grained carrots and freshly chopped hot pepper.

Eggs contain high levels of protein and fat, which makes them an excellent source of nutrition for both men and women. Carrots contain vitamins A, B6, C, E, and K, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and fiber. Hot pepper contains capsaicin, which stimulates

Tomatoes with pepper –  Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces; add some black and red peppers and a little extra virgin olive.

Tomatoes contain an antioxidant called lycopene which helps prevent cancer by protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Both black pepper and red pepper stimulate the entire body, increasing its heat. They’re used as an aphrodisiac either in the form of spices or in plate stinging (black and red pepper mixed with raw fish).

Aphrodisiac Main Courses – Your choice of meat

Sautée asparaguses with hot sauce – saute 10 pieces of asparaguses while, separately, making a spicy sauce from diced tomato and chopped hot pepper, or instead of sauce, choose poached eggs.

If you think that asparagus resembles something else, then the shape of the asparagus might help you understand why it tastes so good.

But even if the shape doesn’t take you anywhere, the contents of the asparagus will help you get aroused and reach an orgasm.

Chicken breast with Parmesan & Garlic – bake the chicken breast for 45 minutes. Remove it, and sprinkle lots of Parmesan cheese, and minced fresh parsley. If you also prefer your garnishes, prepare them from small carrots, then bake them together with the chicken.

Garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano are powerful stimulant foods, and garlic even improves sex drive.

Lemon Shells – Put three pieces of lettuce on top of each other. Then put one piece of lemon and a piece of bread on top of them.

Mediterranean Spaghetti – Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. While the pasta cooks, make the tomato-based marinara. In a large bowl combine the following: 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, and 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes.

Mix together thoroughly. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss until coated. Serve immediately.

Spices, no matter what, increase body temp and intensify the feeling of pleasure.

Quesadillas with grilled steak and salsa – grill four steaks and put one quesadilla on each plate.

Quesadillas stuffed with ground beef and cheddar – stuff four hamburger patties with shredded cheddar and wrap them in tortillas.

Put some breaded fried meatballs into a bowl, add a bit of sauce, heat up the stick again, remove from the pan, and top them off with lots of grated Parmesan or feta.

Red wine – well known for its relaxing properties of the body and arousal of the senses, should be chosen depending on what you eat. Thus the wine can be semi-sweet, semi-dry, or dry.

Champagne – need a description for its sharp, tangy flavor?

Fine brandy – select a medium size glass of the good type of Brandy. For the desired effect, select a Brandy with an age of at least three years.

White wine – especially with pasta or chicken breast dishes, white wine works wonders for all the senses!

Black Beer – Yes, black beer is good for sex. But don’t drink too much of it.

Choose fresh and good-looking strawberries; heat three different kinds of chocolates (white, milk, black); and wrap half of each berry with one type of choco­late, for an explosion of colors and flavors!

Strawberry shortcake is delicious because it combines chocolate and strawberry flavors. It’s sweet and sexy, and its consistency and color invite passionate kisses.

Walnut Kebab – Put the walnut halves into a baking dish and add enough water so they are covered. Cover the dish and cook until tender.

Remove the walnut halves from the liquid and set aside. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the pan and stir until dissolved.

Cook until the mixture turns golden brown. Pour the syrup over the walnut halves and toss to coat evenly. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so they help maintain healthy levels of testosterone.

Nuts – Prepare a bowl of nuts. You can bake them if you want.

Pumpkin Seed – Prepare a bowl of pumpkin seeds.

Peanuts and pumpkin seed oil also contain omega-3 fatty acids.

Avocado salad – Cut up three to four ripe avocados into small cubes, add 250 ml of fine brandied, and refrigerate it for at least three hours. Remove from the fridge and sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.

It energizes, increases libido, helps protect the cardiovascular system, and contains bromo­criptine, which stimulates testosterone production.
